Letzten Donnerstag war ich endlich mal wieder bei „Kaffee oder Tee“ zu Gast, yay! Und ich habe, passend zur Gemüse-Aussä-Zeit, eine DIY-Idee für süße Pflanzenstecker aus FIMO mitgebracht.
Ich bin nämlich 2026 wieder ins Tomaten-Game eingestiegen (endlich!) und dafür braucht es natürlich auch passende Markierungen für meine roten und orangefarbenen Tomaten. Damit ihr genauso süße Pflanzenstecker selbst machen könnt, hab ich sogar eine Vorlage zum Ausdrucken für euch.
So machst du deine DIY Gemüsestecker aus FIMO selbst:
- FIMO soft (Farben je nach Gemüse)
- Messer
- Acrylroller
- Messer
- Backpapier
- Zange
- 1,6mm breiter Draht
Hier kannst du dir die kostenlose Vorlage runterladen – einfach auf das Bild klicken, abspeichern und ausdrucken:
Die Vorlage ist ausschließlich zum privaten Gebrauch gedacht.
Schritt 1: FIMO ausrollen und ausschneiden
Ich zeige mit einer Tomate, wie du die Gemüsestecker machst – aber du kannst die Schritte natürlich für jedes andere Gemüse anwenden.
Im ersten Schritt rollst du das FIMO in Rot etwa 3-5mm dick aus. Dafür am besten einen glatten Acrylroller verwenden.
Tipp: Rolle das FIMO direkt auf einem Stück Backpapier aus, darauf kannst du gleich weiter arbeiten.
Dann schneidest du mit einem scharfen Küchenmesser mit Hilfe der Vorlage die Form der Tomate aus.
Schritt 2: Strunk ausschneiden und andrücken
Als nächstes rollst du das FIMO in Grün aus und schneidest mit Hilfe der Vorlage den Strunk aus. Den Strunk drückst du dann auf die Tomate an.
Mit Hilfe eines spitzen Modellierwerkzeugs oder eines Stückes Draht kannst du dann ein Loch im oberen Bereich durch die Tomate stechen.
Schritt 3: Im Ofen aushärten
Nun wird die Tomate – und das restliche Gemüse – im Ofen ausgehärtet. Wenn du FIMO verwendest, geschieht das bei 110 Grad für 30 Minuten. Achte dabei darauf, ein Ofenthermometer zu verwenden, sodass die Temperatur auf jeden Fall richtig ist.
Schritt 4: Draht zurecht biegen
Nach dem Aushärten im Ofen lässt du das Gemüse erst einmal abkühlen, bevor du weiter machst.
Dann schneidest du deinen Draht mit Hilfe einer Zange in einer Länge von ca. 30 cm zu.
Stecke den Draht von vorne durch das Loch in deinem Gemüse und biege den Draht nach hinten um – ein bisschen wie eine Büroklammer.
Und fertig sind deine süßen Gemüse-Pflanzenstecker!
